NEW YORK CITY – June 6, 2016 – Business Intelligence Associates, Inc. (BIA), a leader in eDiscovery software and Managed Legal Services, announced that its June webinar will feature a discussion by BIA experts, Adam Feinberg, CCFS, CEDS and Barry Schwartz, Esq., CEDS about how organizations can protect their information assets as employees exit, updated for 2016.
"Information is one of the most valuable assets of any organization. Intellectual property disputes and sanctions for failure to preserve data from departed employees can be very costly,” said Robin Athlyn Thompson, who created and produces BIA’s educational programs. “With no shortage of articles being written on information leaving organizations with exiting employees, we planned a program in 2014 around best practices for protecting an organization’s information. It was one of our highest attended programs, and most requested ones. In fact, our attendees have asked us to present a yearly update to this topic in our educational series,” added Thompson.
